Ordered from My Dearest and needed to send one item back. Thought it would be straightforward, but the return instructions weren’t very clear. Had to email support a couple times just to figure out what I was supposed to do next.

Got the refund eventually, so it worked out in the end. Took longer than I expected though, and left me a bit hesitant to order again unless they make the return process easier

My order from mydearest.com showed up in really nice shape. The box was clean, nothing was crushed, and everything looked secure, secure. They used plenty of padding inside, so the item wasn’t sliding around at all. The only thing was the tape, there was a lot of it, a lot, and it took me a minute to get the box open. Overall though, the packaging was good and I was happy with it

My experience with My Dearest was just okay, and that’s mostly because I did eventually get what I needed. The site isn’t impossible to use, but I don’t think they deserve much credit for doing the bare minimum.
What annoyed me was how clunky and slow parts of it felt. I wasted more time than I should have digging around because things weren’t as clear as they should be, and support didn’t exactly rush to help either. It wasn’t a total disaster, but they’re definitely the reason it felt more frustrating than it needed to be

I got my order i was relieved to see everything was done right. The names and dates were exactly what I asked for, which matters a lot to me because I’m picky about those details. I’m happy with how it turned out.

I ordered a gift and the emails were clear, easy to follow. The confirmation came through fast, and I liked being able to see what was going on with the shipping without having to guess.

The only thing is I do wish the tracking updated a little sooner, because I kept checking it. But when I asked, support got back to me, so that was good. Overall the communication was good and I didn’t have any big issues.

I’m not sure I’d order again if delivery is always this slow.
